Hampton Roads FY 2024-2027

Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Proposed Amendments

The Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO), the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Hampton Roads Metropolitan Planning Area (MPA), is considering requests to amend the Hampton Roads FY 2024-2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). All proposed TIP Amendments include the opportunity for public review and comment.

Exempt From Conformity Amendments:

Proposed amendments not subject to any conformity finding.

Non-Exempt From Conformity Amendment:

The review and consultation period for this proposed TIP Amendment began on June 25, 2025. Since that time, the HRTPO received additional information, and per TIP guidelines, requires a new TIP public notice.
