1.    CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the Chair at approximately 10:30 a.m.
2.    PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (Limit 3 minutes per individual)
Private citizens and representatives from the Future of Hampton Roads, Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, Virginia Beach Vision, Greater Norfolk Corporation, and Hampton Roads Partnership addressed the HRTPO Board.
3.    APPROVAL OF AGENDA
A new agenda item was added to the agenda at the request of the city of Chesapeake.

Agenda items under the Consent Agenda were approved by the HRTPO Board.

10.    Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel: VDOT

11.    High-Speed and Intercity Passenger Rail: Status Report
The HRTPO Board approved to authorize the Executive Director to execute the Extension Addendum to the Strategic Long-Term High-Speed and Intercity Passenger Rail Plan consultant study.
12.    Project Prioritization: Proposed Schedule
The HRTPO Board approved to direct the HRTPO staff to work with the Transportation Technical Advisory Committee in refining the prioritization tool.

15.    Old/New Business
At the request of the city of Chesapeake, a resolution was put forth requesting HRTPO Board endorsement of U.S. Route 17/Dominion Boulevard as a regional, high-priority item.  The HRTPO Board approved the resolution.
