The HRPDC and HRTPO welcomed two new employees during the month of November.

Logan Grimm

Logan Grimm was hired as an HRPDC/HRTPOInformation Technology Support Specialist on November 1^st.  In this position, he is providing audio visual and desktop support and is involved with new computer and laptop configuration.  

Logan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems with a concentration in Data Analytics from Iowa State University. After graduation, Logan completed an internship with Ntegra IT, an IT services and support company in Hampton Roads.  Logan has been living in Chesapeake for the last two years where he moved after graduation.

Cynthia Mulkey

Cynthia Mulkey joined the HRPDC staff on November 16^th as an Administrative Assistant II. She is providing support to the HRPDC Deputy Executive Director, staff and various programs of the HRPDC.  Prior to joining the HRPDC, Cindy worked with the Great Bridge Battlefield & Waterways History Foundation as their Office Manager and Executive Assistant. While at the Foundation, she was responsible for the daily administration of the Foundation office as well as coordination of their capital campaigns.

Cindy has an Associate’s Degree in Computer Business Administration from Heald College School of Business and Technology in Rancho Cordova, California.
