The Citizens Guide to Transportation Planning provides an overview of how regional transportation planning takes place in Hampton Roads, and lets the public know how they can participate in this important process.
HRTPO staff is currently working on an update to the 2014-2015 Guide. This update will be completed in the summer of 2016. The 2016-2017 Guide will expand upon the information contained in prior Guides and is intended to be of use by all citizens of Hampton Roads, regardless of their familiarity with the transportation planning process.
