At its March 23, 2021, meeting the James City County Board of Supervisors received a presentation from HRPDC/HRTPO Executive Director Robert Crum regarding the Birthplace of America Trail and biking in Hampton Roads and Eastern Virginia. The Virginia Gazette covered the presentation and published an article about it.
