The HRTPO FY 2021 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is being amended to account for the following changes:
As discussed at the December TTAC meeting, TTAC no longer needs Task 8.5 “Trip Generation of Satellite Wagering Facilities”. Following discussion with the City of Virginia Beach and City of Newport News before, during, and following the TTAC meeting, HRTPO staff is proposing replacing the trip generation task with Task 8.5 “Addressing Queue Spillbacks at Fast-Food Restaurants” (UPWP text attached) requested by the City of Virginia Beach.
