HRTPO FY 2024 UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM

Proposed Amendment

The HRTPO FY 2024 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is being amended to account for the following changes:

1.    Final FTA Section 5303 Carryover Funding

UPWP revised to reflect final carryover Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5303 (CO5303) funding as follows:  (a) The budget for Task 6.0, Regional Freight Planning, has been increased by $19,009 in FY 2023 Section 5303 funds, (b) The budget for Task 8.4, Multimodal Connectivity Toolbox, has been increased by $12,395 in FY 2023 Section 5303 funds, (c) The budget for Task 9.0, TPO Administration, has been increased by $18,158 in FY 2023 Section 5303 funds, (d) The budget for Task 10.2, TDCHR Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, has been increased by $61,218 in FY 2023 Section 5303 funds, and (e) The budget for Task 10.5, HRT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Planning, has been increased by $3,040 in FY 2023 Section 5303 funds.

 2.    Regional Connectors Study

The budget for Task 8.11 – Regional Connectors Study, has been increased by $80,000 to assist in all phases of the completion and closeout of the current effort.  The budget for Task 12.0 – HRTPO Contingency Funding has been reduced by $80,000.

3.    Legal Services

The budget for Task 9.0 – TPO Administration has been increased by $50,000 to support anticipated additional legal services costs.  The budget for Task 12.0 – HRTPO Contingency Funding has been reduced by $50,000.

These revisions are also included in updates to Tables A-E to account for the changes in funding.
