The Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO), the metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for the Hampton Roads metropolitan planning area, is considering requests to amend the HRTPO FY 2021-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The amendment process includes an opportunity for public review and comment. Per the Procedures for Inter-Agency Consultation for Conformity for Hampton Roads, this public notice, along with the agenda note for the July 5, 2023 Transportation Technical Advisory Committee (TTAC) meeting, serves as an opportunity to provide feedback.
The proposed TIP amendments, as well as the current TIP in its entirety, can be viewed via the links below.
