Proposed Amendments
The Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO), the metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for the Hampton Roads metropolitan planning area, is considering requests to amend the HRTPO FY 2021-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The amendment process includes an opportunity for public review and comment.
The proposed TIP amendments, as well as the current TIP in its entirety, can be viewed via the links below.
All interested parties are encouraged to review the proposed revisions and send comments to John Mihaly, Principal Transportation Planner, at jmihaly@hrtpo.org or by mail to 723 Woodlake Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320, through October 13, 2021.
