The next TRAFFIX Subcommittee meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, 2020, beginning at 11:30 AM.
Pursuant to Governor Northam’s Executive Order 53 issued on March 23, 2020 and Executive Order 61 issued on May 8, 2020 prohibiting all public and private in-person gatherings of ten or more individuals, the TRAFFIX Subcommittee meeting will be held electronically.
Members of the public are invited to address the TRAFFIX Subcommittee. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, interested persons may submit comments to the TRAFFIX Subcommittee in advance of the meeting by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (757) 366-4370. Each comment is limited to three minutes. All comments received by noon on June 9, 2020 will be provided to the TRAFFIX Subcommittee Members and included in the official record.

The Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO) fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, Executive Order 12898 on Environmental Justice, and related nondiscrimination statutes and regulations in all programs and activities.
